SolRiver Completes 13 MW DC Shorthorn Solar Project in Marlboro County, South Carolina

SolRiver Capital, a renewable energy investor, has completed its 13 MW DC solar project, Shorthorn Solar, in Marlboro County, South Carolina. The project directly supports SolRiver’s commitment to building sustainable energy solutions that contribute to the economic growth of the Carolina region.

The project is expected to generate clean electricity equivalent to powering 2,000 households, reducing CO2 emissions by 17,597 tons each year.

The Shorthorn project highlights the collaboration of SolRiver's innovative approach and the National Renewable Energy Corporation's (NARENCO) excellence in executing renewable energy projects. The project not only contributes to the growing renewable energy landscape in the Carolinas but also aligns with the region's commitment to clean energy initiatives and sustainability.
