California-based Paired Power and Australian microgrid manufacturer PHNXX have partnered to launch PairPHNXX, a transportable, solar-powered microgrid that can be installed and generating electricity within a single day — no assembly required. The system is designed to deliver clean, reliable power in remote or grid-limited locations, from farms and construction sites to military bases and emergency response zones.

PairPHNXX arrives in the footprint of a standard 20-foot shipping container and can be deployed directly from a flatbed trailer. Depending on configuration, it offers solar capacities ranging from 46.4 kW to 92.8 kW, battery storage between 42.4 and 636 kWh, and output power from 30 to 60 kW.

Paired Power has also joined the Preferred Provider Program of the Alliance for Tribal Clean Energy, a nonprofit that supports Native American tribes in transitioning to renewable energy. The partnership qualifies Paired Power and PHNXX as approved providers to deliver clean energy solutions to Indigenous and Aboriginal communities.

“PairPHNXX is bringing clean energy to the places the grid has left behind,” said Joel Tay, CEO of PHNXX. “By combining Paired Power’s energy management software with our modular microgrids, we’re delivering renewable power wherever it is needed. From tribal communities and farmers to remote industries and the military, this partnership is opening access to resilient clean energy where the grid can’t reach, and we’re just getting started.”
